Daniel S. Newell

Daniel S. Newell is the founding member of The Newell Law Firm, PLLC. He received his Juris Doctor degree with High Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2007, where he was a William H. Bowen Scholar. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1999, where he was a Sturgis Fellow. Daniel moved to West Jefferson and was admitted to the practice of law in North Carolina in 2008. Daniel is also licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas. Daniel is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Tax from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.

Daniel has experience in many areas of the law, but his primary areas of practice include Estate Planning (including Wills, Trusts and Probate), Wealth Preservation & Asset Protection, and Real Estate Transactions.
